Cant Print Re Valuation Magazine

Have been trying to print out valuation magazine and the pdf print box freezes and there is no printing.
Can print other pdf files. Dont know whats the matter. Anyone else have this problem?

Any suggestions??

Check the security settings .. perhaps they've disabled printing ..

When your Print Manager screen pops up, place a check mark in the "Print As Image" box.
