heard from a client looking for an appraisal in this remote location. if you cover this area please send me a PM.
 
in my younger days it would have been great fun. there were even a couple comps in the area (if you extend 10 miles and 3 years) but all the directions had GPS coordinates and instructions like 'veer left after the second wash beyond the old mesquite tree on the right'.... All private roads and 4 wheel drive required. But it sure is beautiful back there. And there really are still some active hot springs.

Much worse than Acton or Agua Dulce north of here. :leeann2:
 
I've been back there several times, there is an overlook over the old resort. I didn't know there were any houses in CHS. Good luck!!
