Im a licensed appraiser and i am still taking my CE online, i was taking the law class and it stated that no new residential licensing will be issued ( im not certified) does this apply to just new appraisers starting out, ive been licensed for approximately 7 years. please let me know

Most states are phasing out the License level. Oregon will only issue CR and CG after 1/1/2010.
 
Aletheia, Indiana will not be issuing NEW licenses at the Licensed Appraiser level. Trainees will now have to upgrade to the Certified License, however, if you are already a Licensed Appraiser in Indiana, you can retain that level of license as long as you do the required CE & pay your renewal fees.
