Cease and Desist Letters to Zillow.com

Hey Everyone,

I'm the assistant editor at Working RE Magazine, mailed to real estate appraisers nationally. We’re going to press with a story mentioning two cease and desist letters filed by the Arizona Board of Appraisal against Zillow.com. We have the Board minutes but that’s all. We’d like to have some background before publishing the article. We've been trying to reach the Board but they are not returning our phone calls or emails. Has anyone heard anything about these? We would appreciate any information you can provide! Thanks!

It's an unfortunate fact that the Arizona board staff has become much less responsive than in the past. Trying to reach anyone for any reason at the board office has become an exercise in frustration. Good luck.
