Current residential appraisal business owner in Oregon moving to Maui in Fall of 2019. State Certified in Oregon and Washington previously since 1992. Will be Certified in Hawaii in Fall. Looking for established appraiser to either partner up with, possibly take over or run business for, and/or even work for as an employee if appropriate.
