Friend of a friend needs a gift appraisal on an industrial building in New Haven County. Who should I call?

He's the first person that came to my mind, I think he was NewHaven CG and previously rebel in NewYorkCity. He seemed very competent, but had quite an ego. I've always admired people who come in here and wage war on the clique, he had panache.

I might know a guy.....

You guys are just too funny. :) No, really. I'm sitting here literally shaking with laughter. Not really.

I cold called a couple of MAI's. I'm thinking I will have to do it myself. The fee is going to be too large for the prospect because of the distance, I think. So, I was trying to save him some money, but I guess all I did was waste my time.

I agree. He was kinda Midvale School For The Gifted material, but I thought his posts were entertaining. RIP
