Note the 82 year old appraiser Charles Pursley who lives in another state. The Missouri Commision's website says his license was REVOKED in 2009. I had seen some of his crappy work come through the office for reviews.
Never heard of the other appraiser, Vincent Cantrell.
I wish them all well, especially the Walker family........
