I WENT TO PROPERTY TO INSPECT I FOUND THE OWNER USED A BACKYARD FOR RAISING CHICKEN , HE MAIN HOUSE FOR CATS IS THAT OK OR DO I NEED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OR JUST COMMENT ON THAT , WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON THE VALUE

And the purpose of the appraisal is?
And does the zoning allow chickens?
How many cats does the zoning allow?

Only on the left Coast ** Just complete your appraisal and be done -- Has it come to this Chickens do not kill or bite people *** Like a pack of pit-bulls in Los Angeles- never mind*** I have to go bang my head on the concrete ** Only In California which has no problems with anything but a poor guy-gal having a few chickens .. A positive because they provide fresh eggs. We are a sanctuary- State and Chickens are a protected ** Now go back and see what the property is worth ! The USPAP police are not coming because you have 4-8 chickens .
