Has anyone used this company? They offer the below listed jobs. When I inquired about the pricing I got a phone call from San Diego with an Indian guy with a heavy accent... and my eyes rolled out of my head.

Why? I mean what does the appraiser actually do if someone else is basically doing all the report? Sounds like a plan

I've don't know of that company specifically... but, don't waste your money. Get a girlfriend/boyfriend who knows bookkeeping... or find a retired or semi-retired appraiser who could use a little extra spending money.

no company gives you everything unless they are making a lot more from using you. i have never seen an easy bank appraising job. most appraisers get burned out in a short time. the company is getting the bigger share of the pie by using you like a plantation worker. but then, a lot of people are happy with getting the crumbs.
