My favorite class? Did a multi-discipline class on minerals in Denver - very good. Shrubbery and landscaping class was excellent. Timberland good. Cannabis class very good.

McKissock offers a court testimony class.

It is going on the Gpar or narrative form. It's a little different where you want to keep most of the data in the actual file as attorney's like to argue over everything. Bring a binder with all your evidence and give them a page if they request it, not the binder. If they grab it, grab it right back!

In many cases, they will depose you first and require you to provide them with a copy of your workfile. They pay printing. The last one cost them $28...and the deposition lasted some 3 hours which was done remotely with a court reporter transcribing both of us on speaker phone in a local motel. The one before i had to travel to Fayetteville and was deposed there in a lawyer's office.

I liked the Victorian Architecture online course through Calypso. I was getting an inordinate amount of 150 year old houses last year and I found it interesting. The AI Manufactured/Modular Home class was good in person. My favorite commercial class was the AI course on convenience stores (in person).

I really enjoyed valuation of flex space from an underwriter's point of view by McKissock.
