I'm sure they will, they are just cutting costs, they take massive cuts from appraisers and they own cubi casa which I will NOT support. They also push hybrids. Their brand is cancer. https://appraisersblogs.com/georgia-fines-appraiser-4-Clear-Capital-Clear-Value-bifurcated-hybrids
I can say this, they have not garnered any good will, I hope they go bankrupt, but I don't see that happening yet. They gambled big on the model of hybrids, desktop/Cubi Casa to siphon off big chunks of appraisal fees and that isn't panning out. All the noise we heard about those products and I don't see companies outside of Clear Capital pushing them. Between that and the general collapse in loan/appraisal volume, they may be in trouble. I still see orders for 2055's coming through, especially as the market declines.
Thanks for the head up. I will add Cubi Casa to my boycott list.I'm sure they will, they are just cutting costs, they take massive cuts from appraisers and they own cubi casa which I will NOT support. They paid this appraiser $25 and kept the rest of the fee, what are they expecting?
Yes the company advocates for crap products for appraisers to rubber stamp. I blame them even more than the suckers they get to rubber stamp these garbage products. Thanks for the head up. I will add Cubi Casa to my boycott list.
