Clickforms - error message when trying to download free trial

My anti virus software pops up with the following message when I try to click the free trial:

"Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented
One or more of this website's certificates are invalid, so we can't guarantee its authenticity. This happens when the website's owner hasn't updated the certificate in time, or if it's a fake site created by scammers. Visiting a website like this makes you more vulnerable to attack."

You have to unblock your anti virus to allow it to open.

Then go back to ACI - because your add on security will just block most new programs it dissent reconise.

I created a 1004D completion report I needed to get to my client through ACI this morning. ClickForms is relatively easy to learn, and the videos they supply going over the basics and how to create your signature took no time. Jeff Bradford is a standup guy for offering 30 days for free to use their software during the ACI crisis, and I applaud him. It will weigh heavily on my decision to change software companies. I cannot figure out how to fix the one issue I did have, which I emailed their tech support about earlier this morning. Maybe someone here can help.

1. Can the default directories for PDF, XML, and photos be changed? I usually use a Temp folder on my computer as a canister for items going into my appraisal, and to have to back-click out of a longer tree to the temp folder is another step.

2. Why does the title page show the same date as the effective date of the original appraisal on the 1004D I am completing? The dates should be different. I am including a screenshot of both areas in this email. The title page should show the date 12/22/2023, when I revisited the property to perform the completion, and on top of the 1004D, the effective date of the original appraisal should be 11/30/2023. For some reason, it changes the dates in these areas to be the same, which is incorrect. The completion is always done after the original appraisal report.

Any help would be appreciated. Maybe I should post this in the Clickforms forum, but I do not want to get flagged multiple times for posting the same post. I believe that is against this forum's rules.

You can change the folders for various items. Go to edit-preferences-application-folders. Not sure about your second problem. What do you mean by "title page"
