Does ClickForms have General Purpose Form for non-lenders?

Thx.

Does ClickForms have non-lending form?

Thx.

I'm not a Clickforms user (yet). But I've been checking out the demo recently. They have a pretty long list of non-lender forms. As I recall they had residential 1004 style, condo, exterior only, and a number of others.

Used to have both a 1 page and 2 page non lender form and you could set up a report template with that in it.

Clickforms and others are hurting themselves by continuing to have forms from yesteryear that are not updated. They simply leave it in the queue and create another. Bad. They need to purge the programs of all those unusable forms that talk about "departure" or "summary" reports, etc etc. That is all gone with the dodo bird. Com'on vendors clean up your forms to only forms that are used here, now, and today. We don't need to retro a report back to USPAP from 1994 even when doing a retro report from 1994...really...honest...we use the current version.

I use the AI Forms for most non-lender- Click Forms does not have a GP form that I am aware of although there are some non-lender forms in the menu that may fit you needs.

Click on the Forms Library Tab. Slide all the way to the bottom of the Forms Library to Appraisal Institute Forms. You will find their report formats which are very adaptable. I use them all the time for my private work.

CF has a non-lender version of the 1004. It's in the NL folder.

Unfortunately, the pre-printed certs cannot be modified and they don't usually work for the type of non-lender assignments I regularly do (DOD, private work, etc.) For that reason, I have several word templates with certs, assumptions, sow, etc, etc. that I can modify for each specific assignment and paste into signable or unsignable comment addendum pages.
