No OREA educational hours, however we will be discussing current events and relevant appraisal issues.

Clovis & Fresno appraiser meetings

5 - yes, five - appraisers showed up. I guess 5 is better than none. It went well, and we're going to continue having meetings.

We're having another meeting this afternoon from 4-6 in Fresno, and one of the authors of SB 223 is going to speak: talking about how the bill will address client pressure, who to report them to, what the consequences are for THEM for trying to coerce us to commit Fraud.
