Coachella, Date Farm

A realtor with whom I worked a decade ago called about a client of hers in Coachella who needs an appraisal for a re-fi. I interviewed him and learned it's a 60-acre parcel with 600 date bushes/trees/etc., a SFR and a small duplex. Because the assignment is way beyond my AR scope, I'm hoping to refer the assignment to a CG in that area who is looking for work. At that point in time, I will provide the lender and owner contact info without being further involved--unless the CG wants to hire me as an assistant, although of course a referral stipend after-the-fact would be appeciated although totally your decision. Being cow milk intolerant, I never miss getting Date Shakes when I visit Palm Springs or the Salton Sea. And then there is the China Ranch Date Farm if you happen to be near Tecopa. : )

My mom used to love date shakes when she visited me near Upland. It's amazing IMO that improving my diet for just a few .months lowered the PSA, just about eliminated Diabetes so quickly. Gotta admit that I drank At Least 1 gallon of whole milk a day for 40 years. How else can one finish a box of Oreos in one setting!!!

The lender will have their own list of appraisers they know and trust.
