Concessions in Kentucky

I was curious if sales concessions in Kentucky are typical? Todd County in particular. Is there any way to look this information up? Thanks!

Out of curiosity, why are you asking this question?
 
I'm asking because I am thinking of buying a house in Todd County. Kentucky has virtually no public records online and I am buying a FSBO so there is no agent to ask. I suppose I can call one but I thought a appraiser in the KY forum might know offhand.
 
They do not have to be typical to ask for them.

The worst they can say is no.
