During the last renewal term, it was required to take some New Jersey specific course IN ADDITION TO the required 28 hrs of courses.

Does anyone know if it is required again ??

I thought that the N.J. specific course was to be part of the 28 hours of course the N.J. board never bothered to explain the requirement to the appraisers.

The point of my post was that the N.J. Board never communicated directly with appraisers. The board has our addresses and in many cases our e-mail but never sent a direct notice.The only way to find the new requirement was to search for it.
