I find myself using the following free tools quite often, post em' if you've got em':

1. Unemployment Charts, Google (Free)- https://www.google.com/publicdata/explore?ds=z1ebjpgk2654c1_&hl=en&dl=en
2. Tract Plotter (Free)- http://tractplotter.com/
3. Batch Geo (Free)- You can paste multiple addresses from an excel and it produces a map. https://batchgeo.com/
4. Image Reducer (Free)- This is the simplest image reducer, you select the photos within a folder, right-click, hit reduce, choose the size and you are done. Essentially, batch image reduction. https://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/
5. SnagIt ($49.95 for permanent license)- screen capture software...I use this 100's of times every day. Very useful for making maps, blurring confidential items easily, superimposing text on images or captures, etc. https://www.techsmith.com/snagit-pricing.html

Image resizer is excellent tool. Also use tract plotter myself.
For quick editing photos I like the free version of photoscape I loaded years ago, but I paid for a copy of their newer program to edit non-appraisal pix

I certainly agree about SnagIt. I use it almost every day.

Snagits scrolling capture is indispensable

I can vouch for ImageResizer and Snagit. I use both everyday.

Another freebie is "Everything". This tool is a quick file searcher on your PC. I have to repeat quick. Once it completes a logging of your file system. I am amazed how quickly it can find a file.

tradingview.com is good for free charts. It's 15 minutes delayed though.

The free Adobe reader has a free “take a snapshot” feature that lets you copy and paste images or text into reports word documents etc.

I think it was 2005 or so and I went to a CE class in Des Moines, Iowa and the class was called "Cool Tools" (if I remember correctly). The guy who taught the AI class was very intelligent. He showed us some stuff that was OK but then got to snag-it and said this is the best thing ever.......... and his internet or something died right when he was showing this program. Even with the tech failure it was a new awesome tool. I have purchased three versions of it as sometimes when getting a new computer it was just easier to spend the $50.

I use snag-it almost every day and most likely 20-50 times a week.
