Cost Approach Options

I was using Marshal & Swift, but I am trying to go in another direction. Can anyone recommend a method and/or web link for a simplified cost approach for SFR's/duplexes.

works well for not too complicated SFR's. It's free.

National or Means. You can usually find a copy of one or both at Barnes and Noble.

Print up some little worksheets or create a spreadsheet to do it and print to file as a pix. paste into report or put in file for workfile.
