I have been a comps and property subscriber of Costar on a statewide basis for a number of years. I am very pleased with my pricing ladder, given the level of service and data provided.

I am being told they plan on phasing out such accounts has mine (not full suite), and putting everybody on the full suite product. I am also being told the market rate for the suite product will be as follows.

One (1) MSA for CoStar Suite will be $395 per month.
One (1) state for CoStar Suite will be $995 per month.
National coverage for CoStar Suite will be $1,395 per month.

I am curious if anyone else is hearing similar rumblings?

Thanks for posting this, we were paying a little more than that for the full suite and they reduced our rate to what you show. I don't know about the old accounts, we upgraded to the suite several years ago and found the pricing reasonable.

Wow, our rep just contacted me to let me know that the rates they quoted you for state (and probably national) are less than what we are paying, and the offer isn't for us. I wonder if CoStar is offering these rates to other new subscribers - can anyone confirm what their new state-rates are for new accounts?

I haven't heard anything about a rate increase (yet). I don't cover the entire state, I only have coverage for 2 MSAs at $695.00 per month.

We were quoted $720 for the State of Washington (2 licenses)

Nacho Perito - Was that quote for the new Costar Suite?
