Just curious...

Can Appraisers get in line for the Vaccine in Illinois?

I see that the Gov JB has expanded vaccines to 'Front-line workers' as part of phase 1b of the rollout.

Does anyone know if us Appraisers are in this group? It includes Manufacturing, education, grocery stores, etc. Our industry was listed in the Original Covid stay at home order as an essential service.

Any intel? I've made it this far unscathed and orders with interior inspections and Multi-Unit properties seem to be increasing with Desktops/Exteriors declining.

Stay Healthy!

My observation of the vaccine roll out, which the states had at least six months to figure out, is its a colossal SNAFU.

I remember when we had gasoline shortages, if your license plate ended in an even or odd number determined when you could get your tank filled up. But the state politicians and health departments have shown how bureaucraticly inefficient they really are.

I am on a waiting list. Interesting. I had a friend go to the doc and they offered them an antibodies test as they had a test kit available. He took it. Found out he has had the Covid already. Hasn't got a clue when nor how...go figure. But I also lost an old classmate to Covid yesterday. Other issues contributed but not a good end.

Yep. bureaucrats love bureaucracy. Go figure.

As for the vaccine.... I'll roll up my sleeve. I'm a veteran.... I'm used to the Gov shooting me up with whatever.
Ditto, probably good stuff in there to make you live longer, got mine back in the 60's - are we aiming for another 40+ years ??????

yes you qualify. Good luck as this week 126,000 jabs avaialble for 3.2 million in 1b. All appointments this week gone.

My brother is a school teacher... said he went in, got the shot last week. No line, no wait. Just had to show his school ID.

Maybe no one is going cuz they think there are no shots.

This is not a state issue. Not enough jabs to go around. Hate to make this political, but Pfizer pointed the finger at the Trump Administration and it's failure to secure most of the vaccine. Pfizer has repeatedly indicated they offered most of it's supply and the Trump Administration declined. J and J has close to 500 million doses being manufactured in Indiana. They too saying the Feds declined.

he had to register or his school district had to register. There are no walkins allowed. Or, he got lucky
