Is there a recommended appraisal company which has a nationwide footprint?
The customer is needing manufactured home appraisals.

Nor, do I know any who do Maf. homes. So, why not contact J. D. Powers? (the old NADA manufacturer home valuation site) They would know if there are any larger firms that would be interested in this.

I hate to recommend using an AMC, but the large ones have a national footprint and may be able to assign work to appraisers on their roster in all of the states.

If the results are important, then I would recommend sucking it up and hiring individual appraisers in each market area. If the results don't really matter and you want someone else to do it then you can use an appraisal management company. If the 200 are spread out over 10 metro areas then you would need to find just one in each metro area.

I will manage the process for you for all 200 properties across the country on a cost-plus basis. My fee would be $40,000 on top of the appraisal fees charged by the appraisers.

Could we not find all the appraisers here to do them? I know the guys on fb ask the appraiser with both places we could get these assigned message me Bruv

If I were tasked, I'd call a half dozen larger AMCs, have them bid the project. My fee to broker it would be 1/2 of the total fee quote range between high and low bids.

Why would someone pay half of the total fee quote to have you call six AMC's for bids?

If the results are not important, then his client can call the AMC by themself and the AMC will find the cheapest appraiser to do it to pocket as much of the fee as possible.

If it is important and they want someone else to handle it, then they can pay a fee to someone to find the best person for the job. Total cost will probably be $160k-$200k.

Not enough information. Are they real estate, on rented pads in parks, etc.
