What font do you find works well on Total 2011?

Since I have used ala mode forever, I have always imported my template if I upgraded versions. It has old ala mode (narrow) fonts, but they do not work well in my current set up. Text runs out of the end of data boxes (where you can't read), etc. What you see is what you don't get?

I've tried changing all data fonts in the template, but It always seems to have issues with font size and other glitches, so I figure I just need to start from scratch with another data font (likely Ariel or Calibri).

Please don't say "all caps"..

8 pt Tahoma has worked well for me for many years. However, I use Aurora version, not Total 2011.

It's a little quirky especially if you're reviewing another appraiser's work product that was done in a different font or version of WinTotal. But in the big scheme of things of the other advantages of WinTotal, I deal with it. Or call tech support and they'll help you.

Thanks, not really looking for tech support for my old font, more curious what font's people are using. Readability vs size etc.

9 pt Times new Roman or Aerial seams more readable. Running off the end of the screen box seems to vary with the width you area running it in on the screen. I generally run it in a reduced size on a large monitor so I can see other programs running behind it.

Thanks I am checking out different font now: Ariel, Ariel Narrow, Tahoma, Calibri, 9 Pt seems good.

The old "ala mode" fonts aren't "wsiwyg", so they sometimes run out of the end of the text boxes, (on screen as well as in printed reports). It was just time to update from 10 year old font technologically..

Thanks for the input

Never forget. Size matters. Always has, always will. Sometimes less is more.
