Does anyone know which form to use for a desk review of a 3 family property?
From what I see there is a 2-4 family FIELD review form (form 2000A) and the URAR Appraisal Desk Review (FNMA/FHLMC single family compliance).
I have been avoiding all reviews for quite some time, but this one I can't avoid.
THANKS!

um...........2-4 ........includes 3.

The lender is asking for a DESK review of a 3 family. I only see the 2-4 family FIELD review form. As my original question asked, is there a 2-4 family DESK review form?

I'm not sure Fannie even has a desk review form, Blake. I would suggest talking to your client and find out the format they expect the report to be completed in.

Thanks for the fast responses, Mike & Janet. I don't see one on ACI or Alamode. I will ask the lender what they are looking for. Does anyone know if you can use the 2-4 unit Field Review form and state that only a desk review was performed? Thanks.

I use Review form 2006.....

unless asked for something else...it doesn't differentiate between SFR and Multis. Ask your client.

Form 2006 includes a section for multi family. The section is called units.

I think we have a winner! I think this is the form that they are looking for but I will call the lender to confirm this. I just wanted to make sure first that I wasn't missing something, like that. Thanks!

Believe the form you want in ACI is RARS2.
