while i was researching that USPAP thread i found a link on the DFI website to sign up for their appraiser newsletter. For those of you in other states, AZ no longer has a Board of Appraisal. We are regulated by a state bureaucracy. You AZ folks surely will want to sign up so you don't miss any important developments.
