Did I appraise it too high?

I was looking at this listing for sale in my hometown.
I appraised it two years ago.
I see it's listed 4.8% above my appraisal value. It's been over a month on market.
I hope I didn't appraise it too high 2 years ago.

The market is likely declining.... high interest rates generally do involve some angst upon the selling side.
