If I'm to believe what I read this new "thing" will watch your PC screen and remember the last 5 seconds of what you do then learn and automate it going forward. After training it of course. For ~$650. These AI4 chips are the same ones used in Tesla's FSD/Optimus robots and will somehow be used in PC's via PCIe slots I's assume for speed.

Imaging appraising here with mostly simple stuff and training it for a short while. I don't have a clue how you'd let it know what comps you shot that day to import into your report and doubt it could read my sketches lol but this would be super helpful if it could do the clerical typing part of my reports. And it's all kept locally all for the price of 1 appraisal report.

Does anyone just go down the grid and plug in their own adjustments and are shocked at how tight the value is? I tell my friend I shouldn't have to write reports anymore they should just call me I'll tell them over the phone
