I am consistently having the DOM not populating on the subject listing page for Form 3.6. This space seems to auto populate from the start and end date for the listing information. This space seems to always stay blank. Does anyone know a fix / workaround?

It looks like you need to check yes for subject listed, then check what kind of listing (active or other) then fill in the start date of the listing, then fill in end date of lisitng; it will populate the DOM for you

I wish we could just enter that data ourselves for DOM and other fields, the way we did in 2.6 without all these tedious steps.

The AVM diety will not need you tomorrow to imput it in. It will itself just zoom thru the MLS and have the whole appraisal done in a couple of minutes, soon enough.

Once the form understands itself, you need apply at the dept of AI appraising with a SRA designation. Senior Regression Analyst.

This must just be broken for me. I have tried to get it to work 50 different ways. The DOM won't populate regardless of what is entered in the listing information. My only option is to write that there is no listing info and write this info separately. Total is driving me insane.

I did it the way I described for you in my post # 2 to address your question here, and it worked.... (I did it on a sample just to make sure ) sorry you are having this issue.
