If you switch the 2nd & 4th letters of the instructors last name, it would be 'Bogus'. :rof: How is that for irony?

I know a little real estate school that was doing something similar back in 2005-6 timeframe.

Hope all is going well for you Jan. I'm now getting involved in machinery and equipment appraising. VERY interesting. I have so much to learn.

I have been exploring the machine and equipment aspect myself. Quite an interesting avenue. Where are you getting your training from and to what degree is it.

I feel that BPO's are a by-gone state as Dodd-Frank is saying no-no to them. I wish Ohio would just make it a mandatory state where any real estate valuation would have to be completed by an licensed or certified appraiser. Would make life a lot simpler, and less of explaining to realtors when they question why I didn't meet their asking price.
