E&O Rules checker turned every Average red in color

I ran the TOTAL E&O Rules checker on a report that I am about to send and it turned every Average, Good and Fair text in my report red in color. When I printed the report they stay red. Will the text be red when I send the report through AppraisalPort?

How do I get rid of this BS?

Did you try abbreviating those words. I use them, never have seen red.
Are you saying your pdf was in red. I think you can turn it off probable, look at your settings. I have avergage on one line on the grid, never have seen red.

Let us know, so we can fix it to.

Yes, my PDF printed the Average text in Red. I highlighted the affected text, right clicked format and chose Black text. That works.

I don't have that on my total program. So, i must have unchecked that feature. Tinker around it, or call them, and give us the secrete handshake.
