Edi To Appraisal Port Not Working

Using latest version for the past three months and never a problem with edi... but now EDI not working...I Called Appraisal Port they said its software. I do not have ACI support...PLEASE..Does any one know how to fix this.
I get an error message as follows.
An error was encountered Rule 1.xml to Aird/Appraisal Port
Error: C\ projects 32\pdsiaard/Base Translator.cpp(3268)Generic exception caught in method processform ()-2 Result code:0:2

Turn off your error checking?

Send pdf.
