Here is a good one.
Not but a day after that airline travel assistant said shove this job, grabbed a beer, and pulled the slide, employee satisfaction statistical data came in.
It would appear that the airline travel assistant is not the only one fed up with poor working conditions.
These data trends are relevant to appraising, because once the other sectors stabilize, the appraisers will have more options than just acquiescing to low fees. Nobody likes getting their wages cut, while the parent companies flourish.
Cutting wages = reduced productivity. It's a fact.
It may seem ironic that signs of employee dissatisfaction should emerge at a time of high unemployment, but it’s hardly surprising. For the two phenomena—the poor labor market and workers’ antagonism toward employers and customers—are actually connected. Employees are sick and tired of tough conditions and crummy salaries.
