ENV File

I've been asked to create an ENV file for an AMC. I think I figured it out but the preview before I save the file doesn't look right. Many of the addendums appear distorted or skewed. The maps, especially. Also, a few other exhibits are not discernable or legible and many were out of place. I'm told this is what the clients gets so I'm a bit concerned. Can anyone help me fix this?
