New client asks for the report to be sent in 2 formats, 1 PDF and the other in ENV format. I know I am not the most computer savy guy in the world but anyone know what ENV format is???????? Thanks!

You will need the AIReady software on your computer. That software will convert whatever software you use (Ala Mod, ACI, Clickforms, etd) and they also provide the software at a cost, into an ENV file. That type of file can be sent directly to a client and does not have to go through AppraisalPort (which requires ENV files). There is also a ENV reader available that will convert the ENV to a PDF so you can compare both PDFs if you want to. I recommend saving all three files just so you will know what you have sent to the client.

do you purchase the software from the aiready.com website?

If you use total, you already have it.

I have ACI and I am trying to figure the best way to install it. I delivered the client the report and they are telling me it is not complete until they get a ENV format report. Ughhhhh!!!! Any thoughts????

Contact ACI and ask them if you did purchase it or if it is already included in their package. Also ask them how to create your ENV file. Their tech support is the next step for you.

JoAnn,

Thanks for your help!

If wintotal already has .ENV where is it? What are the key strokes to convert an Aurora report to the ENV format.
I have spent the entire day trying to get a report converted in Appraisal port and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Client says they will accept an e mail of the .ENV format but the report won't convert to .ENV in appraisal port (Sketch is saved in Aurora as an .EMF file and loc map is saved as a .PNG file-these are not .JPG files and they will not convert to .ENV)

One good thing about .ENV format is the ones I done there are never any conditions once turned in.

I have never done one for a loan, but about 50 of them just for FMV.

Follow these steps:

Click on Deliver Report

Then Click, Using any Xsite Order Manager Plugin

Choose Appraisalport and click Next

Click Next On the AIReady Plugin

Click Next again

Choose the forms you want to convert and click Next

Click Finish

Check your file to see that all of the pages are there and that they have all of your data from your original appraisal report.

Save the env file to your workfile for the subject property.

Now you need to save a pdf of the AIReady report:

click on the link below to convert the file.

https://www.aiready.com/convpdf/

browse to your workfile and choose the env file you saved there.

Click Convert. This will take a few minutes depending on the size of your report.

Save the AIReady PDF to your workfile.

Now you have the env file and the pdf in your workfile.

Send them to your client.
