I've been asked to create an ENV file for an AMC. I use Clickforms and I think I figured it out. However, the preview before I save the file doesn't look right. Many of the addendums appear distorted or skewed. The maps, especially. Also, a few other exhibits are not discernable or legible and many were out of place. I'm told this is what the clients gets so I'm a bit concerned. Can anyone help me fix this?

In Alamode, the software creates the ENV file. I never looked inside the file. Why should I care? It's the software job to create the ENV file.

I get the same with Clickforms. But I have never had a client complain. So I assume they are getting what they expect

env. murders your layout. it is done for a specific processing program that the lender uses. the original env program was invented in the 1980's and not 1 change has been made to it's format. it does produce a pdf of your appraisal which looks like your appraisal. i would save a copy of the env with the pdf in my workfile.
