Anyone can code their own adjustment tools, and its only going to get easier as AI progresses. This took my a couple hours with Claude. Click "load sample data" and give it a spin, or drop in your own dataset.

It doesn't seem to work with the csv from my MLS.

You'll probably have to set up your own. mine is set up to autodetect the correct fields, you might try the dropdowns. Otherwise you can pretty easily make your own.
