Hi, My name is Rob Madden. I have been a trainee under a residential appraiser in Phoenix Arizona for a year and a half. I am a registered trainee and have been working under a supervisor but am not getting enough hours lately and need to find a local supervisor that can help me finish with my remaining hours. I currently have about 700 hours but am only able to get about 30-40 hours a month at my current rate. I am also a licensed real estate broker with MLS access for the last 28 years. I have finished my 150 hours of training, conducted home inspections, have a familiarity with the forms, have my 4 years bachelors degree.
