What are the most substantial problems for appraisers today?
How did these Appraiser pressure problems develop and what are the contributing factors?
Who are the AMCs and what function / purpose and WHO do they serve?
How are AMCs affecting real estate appraisers,
real estate values,
and the quality of mortgage collateral?
In your opinion and/or experience, what has real estate speculation and investor activity contributed to the real estate market and how has it affected it?
