it seems to me they are saying the VA schedule is what they are considering C & R Fees....

Really? There is one county here where I am the only appraiser willing to perform FHA assignments; can you guess why this is?

And do you do what FHA C & R fees are? They are not VA fees. Ask me and I will tell you.
