FHA Appraisal in Dixie County

Anyone out there do FHA work in Dixie County? I got a call from someone today needing an FHA appraisal there, but could not find anyone who handles that county.

I don't see her as on the FHA panel, but she might agree to do so.

Not much choice over there and most don't appear to be on the FHA panel.

I sent Kathy an e-mail but was not sure if she did FHA work. Hopefully I can find someone for them. That's a tough county.

I of course, do cover Dixie, but don't do FHA work. Don't know anything about it really, except that the one time I did look into it, it looked like a paperwork nightmare...and I had been doing work for FmHA and SWORE I would not mess with those types again.

But, then again, things are darned lean around here and beggers shouldn't be choosers....
