The entire attic and crawl space is supposed to be observed...not just opening the door and saying...looks good to me.

How many appraisers actually put their arses in the actual crawl space?

Well, that's where the awesome smaller traditional handheld click and go camera comes in. Just pop your arm into the crawl or attic, snap a few, problem solved.

I always take pictures of all accessible spaces. Still do attic for FHA as well. Sometimes I see the oddest things....
