is the coal a hazard?

It is if you pour gas on it and light it. Other than that, it is fine and stable as it sits.

That looks like a good pile of hard coal. If you have any Amish/mennoite around, they will clean it out for free, bucket by bucket by bucket out of the basment.

How would coal be a hazard?

The furnace is gas.....what if they had a pile of wood?

I'm not even going to comment! m2:m2:

never seen 40-50 year old coal still in a basement, found it odd more than anything

didnt think there was a hazard but checking in with my peers to make sure.

thanks everyone

What about the basement kids eating it?

They could start a side bizness selling filtered poop and pee to burnouts needing clean urine etc. I'm surprised you missed that. Where do you keep your grandkids?

What's up with your obsession about my
grandchildren and the need to insult them?

I don't get it.

Call me and my family hillbillies, I talk about your family of hippies. Whats so hard to understand? Don't dish out BS if you can't take it in return.

I called you a hillbilly. And no one in my family was ever a hippy. The closest I came to being a hippy was when I was 16. I had long hair and wore a Army camo jacket to school... and a US flag necktie to prom night at Disneyland. But that was 1971 and I atoned for it by volunteering for military service.

Stop being a boob. :rof:
