I have not done an FHA condo in ages!! Is there any special language or addendums? Far as I can tell, the appraisal is the same as a regular condo appraisal exepct for FHA case number being on it? any help appreciated!

thanks, Tony S!! Went to page 80, looks like a regular condo appraisal far as I can tell, so now I can not worry before going to sleep!! have a good night all :flowers:

Make sure it is a true condo, not a pud in disguise. Make sure to take photos of the common elements, find out about tenant/owner occupancy ratio, provide name and phone number of property manager or HOA, ask about any litigation, past and present.

Mike is right, just make sure it is condo. If it is, the condo form is the one to use. No special addendums needed. Also the condo must be approved by HUD.
