FHA Ead Report

[DVT1983]

I have a client asked for a "FHA EAD Report."

I'm not familiar with what this is. I asked another appraiser and he didn't know either.

Can anyone clue me in?

it means the appraiser should follow the Appraisal Report and Data Delivery Guide

basically the same as a uad report you are already writing
