FHA Order For Servicing

Received a FHA appraisal order(with FHA case number)with Servicing as the Assignment Type. This is not an assignment type permitted for a FHA appraisal is it?

Sounds like either an FHA foreclosure or reverse mortgage closeout, they usually provide a case number for the loan in default.
