REAC is no longer involved with the Single Family appraisal process.

Appraisers applying for placement on the FHA Roster or FHA Appraisers renewing their state license/certification must apply to HUD by submitting documentation to the

Appraisers on the FHA roster are responsible for submitting copy of the renewed state license or certification to HUD at the Office of Single Family Housing, at the address listed above. Failure to submit the information in a timely manner may impact eligibility to receive assignments.
 
Avis Ivey is ALSO the person you fax your license/pocket card to if want to be added to an additional state's FHA roster being that you're already FHA approved, of course ;)
