FHA Requirement on SqFt

I was just sent an order request to do an FHA appraisal and the subject is 480 SqFt. I thought at one time that FHA had a minimum requirement for FHA. Does anyone know if there is a minimum SqFt requirement?

This has been thoroughly discussed in the VA/FHA Forum.

PS The only sq ft requirement by FHA is for Manufactured Homes. Chapter 8. If not a MH there is no such requirement.:dancefool:
