Do any of you computer gurus know why ACI is suddenly making filename.pdf.backup files in the reports folder? I asked ACI and this was their reply "Those files are generated when you make a PDF more than once, usually. There is no "off switch" for this as they are created by Windows." I don't think this is correct, because it is happening immediately after I create the ACI file, not after I've created a PDF and also because my PDF files go in a different folder, not the reports folder. I've checked my environment options on ACI regarding file locations and file backup options and all are either correct or deselected. Any help out there?

I have the same issue, and ACI does not have a clue. This started happening out of nowhere a couple of years back.
