Flood Zone N

This is what my floodmap program came up with. Does this mean the community does not participate in a flood zone program(it is out on the plains so all else in there would be X). Havent seen N b4? Gave me a map date and panel # and N as the zone.

You are sort of correct -- this means that the area has not been mapped by FEMA. I'm not sure if that is because they don't participate in the program or if it just hasn't been done yet...
