I'm trying to find out if there is a free tax record website for Brevard County, FL. My wife is working with FEMA and will be working in that county. She will need to be able to verify ownership of some of the homes that she has to inspect. Anybody know of such a site?

I have another question for you Florida appraisers. Is there a website for the DMV to verify ownership of manufactured homes and mobile homes? It appears that a lot of applications are by people who live in mobile home parks and only rent their spaces but own their manufactured homes and mobile homes.

I have not dealt too much with mobile homes that are classified as personal property so I don't have a specific answer to your question. However, here is another llink to an on-line search which requires either the title number or VIN
